1. Account access and registration

To sign up and use the marketplace, you must comply with the following:

• Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old, as a buyer or seller, to ensure responsible purchases and protect minors from products unsuitable for their age.
• Accurate information: provide accurate, up-to-date identity, contact (and banking details for sellers) information. Identity theft or use of nominees is strictly prohibited.
• Account security: you are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

2. Conduct rules and prohibited content

MarketTn sets strict limits on what may be sold or published:

• Prohibited products: illegal, counterfeit, dangerous items (weapons, regulated substances), or items infringing third-party intellectual property.
• Behaviour: harassment, fraud, deceiving other users, or manipulating the review system (fake reviews).
• Platform respect: attempting to complete transactions off-platform to avoid fees (where applicable), or scraping site data.

3. Intellectual property and content licence

Regarding images, descriptions and logos published by sellers:

• Ownership: sellers remain owners of the content they publish.
• Licence to MarketTn: to operate the platform, you grant MarketTn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and promote this content (search results, storefront, service communications).

4. Platform role (limitation of liability)

MarketTn acts as a technical intermediary connecting parties:

• Intermediary status: unless stated otherwise, the sale contract is concluded directly between buyer and seller.
• Disclaimer: MarketTn is not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of products sold, nor for sellers' ability to sell or buyers' ability to pay.

5. Personal data and privacy

Use of your data in e-commerce is governed by our Privacy policy. In summary:

• Collection: profile information, browsing data, purchase/sale history and payment data (via a secure third-party provider).
• Necessary sharing: buyers and sellers agree that certain data (name, delivery address, etc.) may be shared to fulfil and deliver orders.
• Security: MarketTn commits to protecting data and not selling it to third parties for marketing without explicit consent.

6. Sanctions and termination

In case of rule violations (fraud, repeated reports, counterfeiting), MarketTn reserves the right to remove listings, temporarily suspend an account or close it permanently, with or without notice depending on severity.
